7th International Yoga day-2021
Yoga brings physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind together.It helps to manage stress and anxiety and keeps us relaxing. It also helps in increasing flixibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration and energy.Yoga asanas build strength, flexibility and confidence.
In connection with 7th International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2021 Kendriya Vidyalaya, Vizianagaram conducted Yoga activities.
